Noble it is!!

US President Barack Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy
and cooperation between peoples''.

Well that has come as a real surprise as has been reported in news that Obama took office less than two weeks before the Feb. 1 nomination deadline.Means he was already in the favourites before taking charge as President and that too on his well defined efforts.
Thanks to America with No Women President so far in the American Histroy!!

Well it should not be a matter of much surprise as when Lalu can manage a multi-crore Fodder Scam and still can deliver lectures in IIMs or Harvard & Wharton then this news can also de digested.
No offences to anyone as there is seriously No comparison between the two or must say between a Leader & a Politician!!

Just that few things even if happen or rather made to happen at the National or International Level, across the borders then they become proven facts ready to be accepted.
On this, be it surprize (for us only) Nobel prize for Obama or one thing that flashes in my mind this moment is the 26/11 Tak Mumbai Attack.

All proofs were readily available, the confiscated Ids of intruders, the intercepted wireless conversation and what not but then even the polictics at the International also believes in procastination.

Well gotta go now.... have to rush for my alma-mater's Alumni meet!!!
Cheers!!

Flat World Thoughts!!

Well I have never been a book worm, at least novels have never been my cup of tea!!
But then sometime back I just achieved the target....finished up 'The Alchemist'.

Now many of you will just make a sound 'phew'...Now!!!!!!
Yeah....now I have read this fine piece of work and I know how I can relate myself with the different situations, characters, problems, thoughts of our brave Santiago, the shepherd.

While reading the book only, I made sure that I will read it all over again as I feel one reading achievement is not just enough to capture the essence of the story!!

The more you try to read between the lines, the more you can relate with the situations that one would have faced or one can definitely imagine looking at the lives of who have really come out as winners!!

Still, the best part is I am not going to comment any more on 'The Alchemist', instead I would share my experiences that I am going through with my second novel in a row ' The World is Flat: by Thomas L. Friedman'
